Golden Wedding

The many friends of Mr and Mrs A.B. Norman, formerly of Buntingford and now of Quy, Cambridge, will extend to them hearty congratulations on the occasion of their golden wedding, celebrated on Monday last.

There was a happy family gathering at Quy, and Mr and Mrs Norman were the recipients of many presents and good wishes.

Mr Norman was schoolmaster at the Buntingford schools for some years, and still follows happenings in Buntingford with keen interest. A keen sportsman, he loved the rod and line, and was at one time a good cricketer.

At his home he is still able to indulge in fishing, as there is a well-stocked stream quite near.

It is pleasing to note that both Mr and Mrs Norman enjoy good health.
